Phillip J. Tucker is Of Counsel with Rubenstein & Pitts, PLLC, bringing more than 40 years of experience in Oklahoma family law. A former equity partner at Doerner, Saunders, Daniel & Anderson and founder of The Tucker Law Firm, Phil has built a distinguished career as an trial advocate, teacher, and leader in the field.
He is a past Chair of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Family Law Section, long-time Senior Co-Editor of the OBA’s Family Law Practice Manual, and former Chair of the Section’s Trial Advocacy Institute. Phil has been recognized as Oklahoma’s Outstanding Family Law Attorney, a recipient of the Earl Sneed Award for CLE contributions, and has the unique honor of the OBA/FLS establishing the annual “Tucker Award” in his name for excellence in Guardian ad Litem representation.
Beyond the courtroom, Phil is a respected educator and author, serving as an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a frequent lecturer nationwide. His work extends to supporting military families, tribal courts, and child advocacy through CASA and the Oklahoma Bar Foundation. Recognized as a Super Lawyer, Phil continues to shape the practice of family law through leadership, mentorship, and service.
